Know where your data lives.
Two live hosted regions. A clear view of workload placement, optional replication and the account records shared across regions.
Canada & France
Select a region to explore where workloads run. Map markers show cities, not individual buildings.
Canada · Beauharnois, Quebec
Region identifier: canada. Choose this region for supported resources when you create them. Any optional replicas must be reviewed separately.
France · Strasbourg
Region identifier: eu-west-sbg. Choose this region for supported resources when you create them. Any optional replicas must be reviewed separately.
Central India (Mumbai) is planned and is not a live hosted data location.
Workload content and account records have different boundaries
| Data category | Where it sits | What to review |
|---|---|---|
| Workload content | Selected resource region and configured replica regions | VMs, databases, containers and storage: review resource placement and replication settings. |
| Account & platform registry | Canada and France | Account details, password hashes, subscriptions, billing, resource metadata, sign-in history and activity logs are replicated across both hosted regions. |
| Operational metrics | Per region | The current privacy policy states that operational metrics are not replicated between regions. |
| HIOK Anywhere workloads | Your selected customer hardware | Confirm control-plane connections and metadata handling for your deployment; local workload placement does not imply all account metadata stays on site. |
Planning a strict residency boundary?
